As a little girl, Roanne discovered the wondrous joy of trying on things from her mother’s closet,  sparking a lifelong passion for thrifting and an early awareness of the value in giving items a second life.

Over the course of her 18 years in the creative world, she built a career as a Creative Director shaping brands across fashion, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle. Known for her strategic creativity, eclectic spirit, and vibrant energy, Roanne brings a bold, colorful approach to everything she touches. Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity and consciousness must go hand in hand,  a philosophy she lives by integrating sustainability into both her ventures and her personal life.

She has collaborated with some of the region’s most influential names, including Chalhoub Group, JWT (now VML), Huda Beauty Investments, and The Luxury Closet, and founded a successful creative and events agency in Dubai with clients Like Piaget, Jimmy Choo and Disney.

In 2025, Roanne founded &Again, a second-hand marketplace for apparel, with a mission to make pre-loved shopping as desirable and seamless as buying new, with tools and features targeted to create the next generation of online shoppers.

The platform launched in June 2025, quickly building a vibrant community of sellers and buyers, and already proving organic traction in the market

Beyond resale, Roanne wants to create a white-label line that recycles textile waste into new products, and leading R&D into sustainable materials — aiming to build the Middle East’s leading circular fashion ecosystem.
She is also part of the C3 x Standard Chartered Women in Tech Accelerator Cohort 2025, further cementing her role as a pioneer at the intersection of creativity, sustainability, and technology.

With &Again, she champions a new way of building brands: imaginative, intuitive, agile, impactful, and socially responsible — inspiring a cultural shift towards mindful living.
