Alexis du Roy de Blicquy, CEO of FBNi
Alexis is CEO of the Family Business Network (FBN). Prior to FBN, Alexis worked for various family businesses in senior positions, including Lhoist Group, Verlinvest and Armonea, a leading elderly care group in Europe. He was also Senior Investment Officer at IFC (World Bank Group) in the Treasury, Infrastructure and Microfinance Departments. Alexis is currently member of the Board of Family Business International Foundation and member of the Advisory Board of Mind & Life Europe. A Belgian and Swiss citizen, Alexis holds a Master in Management Science from Solvay Business School and is an INSEAD IEP Graduate.
Ricardo Pineda Vila, Patrimonio Casa Grande, Colombia, 3rd Generation – NxG Award winner 2017
Economist from Universidad de los Andes and MBA from IE with 5 years of experience in strategic consultancy, education, sustainability and social innovation. Have led nine consultancy projects on education, and one reforming 19 technical institutes in Colombia. Creator of the concept ZOLIPS (Zonas Libres de Pobreza Extrema) (Extreme Poverty-Free Zones). Supported the creation of two microfinance and recycling companies. Co-founder and CEO of EduEMPLEA, and education startup that is revolutionizing the job training in Colombia. “I believe in the power of education to transform lives and trigger people’s potential, especially in a place like Latin America, where people has a great potential but don’t have the education they need to enhance it. I am passionate about education, social transformation, leadership and entrepreneurship”
Peter Therman, Hartwall Capital Oy AB, Finland – Board member, 6th Generation
Peter Therman is a 6th generation member of the Hartwall Family. He is executive chairman for KareliaUpofloor plc (flooring), Skanditrä Ab (hardwood) and HTT 6 gen (financial investment), vice chairman of the owner’s council and former chairman of the family council. He is also an active member in FBN Finland. The Hartwall family history evolves from mineral water and brewing in 1836 to a multi-business corporation involved in flooring, department stores, equipment rental services, lifting solutions, chemical polymers and wine production.
Dalia Jubaili, FBNi Levant
Dalia Jubaili completed her Mechanical Engineering degree from AUB in 2003, before she began her career with Emirates Airlines in UAE as a project engineer. When she returned to Lebanon in 2006, Dalia joined the family business, Jubaili Bros, and made her mark while growing within the company. With Dalia's vision for growth, she initiated the project development department, creating a streamlined and efficient outlook for business development and growth. In 2014, Dalia decided to pursue her EMBA, launching her “self-journey" into management and leadership.
Since her graduation in 2016, Dalia has taken on the role of Business Development Manager advancing her company's overall strategy while growing and diversifying their business within their expertise. With the recent development of the Solar Department, Jubaili Bros is looking at offering a one-solution power package to clients. Dalia is able create a practical solution for her clients while guiding them into a sustainable future.

Jennifer Muntz, Executive Director at Family Business Network - North America
Jennifer Muntz is the Executive Director at Family Business Network - North America and the Founder of FamilyCLO.
She began her career in the non-profit world helping re-unify families after abuse or neglectful situations and teaching people with mental illness job skills and socialization skills. Her career transitioned into the world of managing corporate training and organizational development. Jennifer’s enthusiasm and passion for teaching and developing individuals, families, teams and organizations is demonstrated by 15 years of experience working in the field across different industries.
While at Family Office Exchange (FOX) she developed and facilitated virtual and in-person education programs, authored the “FOX Guide to Family Education”, co-led the NextGen Network and consulted with families and family offices on education and training.
Jennifer is the Principal and Founder of FamilyCLO, a private firm that provides education and training programs and services to enterprising families, family offices and other education providers in the family business, family office arena.
She holds a B.S. in Psychology, an MBA and has been an active member of the Association of Training and Development (ASTD) since 2007.
Paolo Morosetti, Senior Lecturer, Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management Department, SDA Bocconi School of Management, Italy
Paolo is SDA Senior Lecturer of the Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is also Teaching Fellow of Corporate Strategy at Bocconi University. Paolo has been the Director of the Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management, and the Director of the Executive MBA.
Paolo has held teaching assignments at MISB Bocconi (Mumbai), EIPM Business School (Archamps), and Iranian Business School (Teheran).
Paolo has extensive consulting and executive experience, both in Italy and abroad, and serves as board member for several multi-business and multi-national firms. He is a frequent speaker at corporate and industry events on topics such as: family business, succession planning, and strategic change. Paolo regularly cooperates with the Family Business Network International (FBN-I) and is a member of the Family Firm Institute (FFI).
Paolo lectures on topics as diverse as in family business, internationalization, strategic decision making, and corporate strategy.
