Jadey Huray is a third-generation family business leader and multi-sector entrepreneur passionate about shaping sustainable futures. She serves as Director of PT Gunung Madu Plantations, one of Indonesia’s largest sugarcane plantations, where she champions green harvesting, innovation, and new product diversification to drive both efficiency and long-term impact.

Beyond her family business, Jadey is the co-founder of BugBug, an agri-tech startup developing AI-powered acoustic sensors for early pest detection and biodiversity monitoring. BugBug works with global agricultural players to help farmers protect yields and reduce pesticide reliance through real-time, non-invasive monitoring. She is also the founder of Kreative Assembly, a Bali-based digital marketing studio that builds brands and campaigns across Asia.

Jadey serves as Programs Chair of FBN Asia NxGen, where she has helped grow the regional network and is on the committee bringing the first International NxGen Summit to Southeast Asia. Her work has centered on empowering next-generation leaders to embrace inclusivity, intrapreneurship, and cross-generational collaboration.

With a deep commitment to regenerative businesses and evolving family legacies, Jadey bridges tradition with innovation across sectors. She is driven by a belief that systems change requires creativity, collaboration, and courage—whether in agriculture, marketing, or community leadership. Through her ventures and platforms, Jadey continues to champion ideas and actions that inspire resilience, inclusivity, and transformation for future generations.
