Damla and Can Aras are next-generation leaders of ÜÇGE Group, a 50-year-old Turkish family business, and the driving force behind Revego, the Group's environmental technology venture focused on transforming the way beverage packaging is collected, verified, and returned to the circular economy.

Building on ÜÇGE's decades of expertise in engineering, manufacturing and retail technologies, Damla and Can saw the global transition toward Deposit Return Systems not simply as a regulatory shift, but as an opportunity to create an entirely new business for the Group. Through Revego, they are developing reverse vending machines, high-speed counting and verification systems, and technology-enabled collection solutions for emerging deposit return ecosystems.

Each brings a distinct foundation to the venture. Damla trained as an interior designer and went on to lead her own design firm, experience that shapes how Revego's machines are conceived for the supermarkets and public spaces they occupy. Can studied business management and has held roles across every function of the family business, from purchasing to manufacturing, giving him an operator's understanding of what it takes to build and scale industrial products.

Their ambition extends beyond manufacturing equipment. They are building Revego with a vertically integrated vision, combining technology, production, data, service and collection to become a long-term infrastructure partner for circular economies, and to take the company from its manufacturing base in Türkiye into European and global markets.

Damla and Can carry forward the entrepreneurial legacy of their father, ÜÇGE's founder Gökçin Aras, in the belief that family businesses honor their heritage not by protecting what was built, but by having the courage to reinvent it.
